Meditation To Bringing Harmony & Healing to Relationships
Find a safe space, light a candle if you wish …slow down your breathing, as you begin the journey within…
1. Call upon your inner masculine or feminine
Imagine him walking towards you and take note of how he appears.
Is he/she weak, angry, happy, powerful, sad?
What does he need from you to feel more empowered and balanced? Ask him/her.
Converse with your inner female(in my case, you might change gender according to you) and see what you can do to help one another evolve and grow.
Remember that you have full control over this exercise.
If you do not like the representation of your inner masculine, change him into the kind of man/women you would like to have in your life. If you struggle to change him, or need more help, call upon your Higher Self to help you.
When I first did this exercise a female appeared to me as who felt lost and afraid. Remembering how outer always mirrors inner, I felt shocked, but lovingly listened to my inner female.
She said he was trapped and pleaded with me to help him so I imagined him changing into a fearless and loving woman.
In my mind’s eye I saw her opening up to a strong, female golden light, until she was transformed into a kingly presence of honour, courage and integrity.
2. Repeat the above exercise with your inner feminine or masculine.
Ask her/him what she/he needs from you and note how she /he appears.
Is he/she happy, sad, confident or afraid?
What does she need from you to feel empowered and balanced?
When I spoke to my inner masculine, he appeared to me as a gentle, loving prince.
He appeared content, but told me it was important for him to experience strength everyday
3. To finish this meditation, look at the relationship between your inner masculine and feminine.
Do they stand side by side as king and queen, ruling in peace and harmony?
Do they appreciate each others differences and strengths, or do they quarrel and fight? Do they even like each other?
In my minds eye, I saw my inner masculine and feminine sat on thrones in cold underground chambers, separated from each other by a wall.
I imagined the wall collapsing between them, so they could reunite.
After a long time apart, they finally came together and walked up a spiral staircase to a beautiful springtime garden, where the sun shone and they strolled happily hand in hand – appreciating each other and the bounty around them.
Harmony was restored to my inner landscape.

Try this exercise whenever you experience difficulties in your outer world relationships. It is a very powerful and healing meditation and will often show up any internal blocks that are ready to be healed.
